They all seem to go within a few hours after that.
I even did that with a neighbors old dog and told her to tell her dog, that it was ok to go. I tell them its ok to go, that we will be ok and that they did a good job. They are only here for a short time (however they may pass on) to bring joy to us. When the time comes Kevin will be waiting for you with all the other animals that have come into your life and have moved on before you. Its not worth giving that asshole the satisfaction of you getting in trouble. People are asshole and don't care about anything but themselves. Take a deep breath and thank your cat for blessing you with his present for those years. I told him keep that fucking dog out of my driveway and yard. My son was a baby I would have to yell at the dog to get out of my driveway when I was taking my son out of the car and he would pop his head out the door calling his dog. We called the police and they said they basically couldn't do anything, only thing we could do was take him to court for the cost and no guarantee he would pay us, but he did ,which is nothing compared to our lose and he still would leave the dog out unattended. I had to get a receipt from the breeder if I didn't have a receipt or he was a dog that was mixed I couldn't have done nothing. I took his ass to court and he had to pay me for the cost of the dog. I lost a little Shish Tzu because my asshole neighbor wouldn't keep his German Shepherd in his house and taught it to kill Ground Hogs. In the USA if a cat is outside they are consider wild animals so can't do anything here either.
